 We do not use hormones or the antibiotic monensin (prohibited substance in the EU) to feed cattle, and we take time and love to raise cattle carefully. We promise to deliver safe and secure beef.

We consistently manage the seeding of Japanese Black beef, from birth to fattening, and thoroughly manage the growing environment.

While managing each calf in a private room calf, we take the time and effort to raise it by hand, such as breastfeeding.

Breeding mother cows also utilize AI to manage their daily estrus and health condition, and raise them aiming for annual production.

Meat quality grade is a distribution standard for beef, which gives 5-level evaluation in 4 categories including marbeling.

Among the Japanese Black Beef breed born and raised in Miyazaki Prefecture, only those that rank 4th or 5th grade in the inspections conducted by Japan Meat Grading Association can be called “Miyazaki Beef”. Only a small fraction of Japanese beef can earn this title.
